Programs are formal internally approved projects with a clear project plan, resourcing plan, timeline and budget. Typically a Program will have a dedicated project team with a chair, vice-chair and members. Programs will report back to buildingSMART Saudi Arabia on a regular basis and progress will be shared through our website.
